Months before securing Deborah Sharp to sell my house, I contacted Real Estate Agents I Trust.
Within literally a day I was chatting with Deborah, explaining the complex situation I was in with an inheritance property that was involved in a court partition. Over the subsequent approximately 6 months, Deborah would drop me a casual email checking on how the legal process was proceeding. I tremendously appreciated her continual contact, which never crossed the line into being annoying. When the time came to finally put the house up for sale, I ignored the recommendation from my lawyer. Deborah Sharp was the ONLY realtor I considered. The prior year-long, horrific, traumatic legal situation became a breeze once Deborah took the reins. She kept me informed every step of the way, and I can assert that I never sent a text that wasn't answered within minutes. Due to the unusual circumstances, the selling procedure was complex and an array of problems arose, yet Deborah handled each one deftly and confidently. At times she donned the hat of a therapist, helping me through the emotional struggles! The house sold 3 weeks (give or take) after being listed, and although the escrow process dragged out due to the mortgage company, Deborah made it happen.
