Education
There are five steps to earning your Florida Salesperson License:
- Complete 63 hours of approved Pre-Licensing education.
- Complete final exams of all courses.
- Pass the Florida Real Estate Salesperson Examination.
- Complete the application for licensure.
- Select a sponsoring broker.

Months before securing Deborah Sharp to sell my house, I contacted Real Estate Agents I Trust. Within literally a day I was chatting with Deborah, explaining the complex situation I was in with an inheritance property that was involved in a court partition.
