Raised in Miami, Florida, he began selling at just ten years old, learning firsthand that success isn’t about convincing—it’s about understanding. That mindset still defines his work today. Rather than rushing into showings or listing appointments, Loren starts with thoughtful questions to uncover goals, motivations, and unspoken concerns. Only then does strategy come into focus.
